1General Terms & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and MCWCasino ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of the use of all products, services, and features available at mcwcasino-vip.com. By registering an account on the MCWCasino platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

To be eligible to register and use the MCWCasino platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 18 or older throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other entity).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current or former employee of MCWCasino, or an immediate family member of such an employee, unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

MCWCasino reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting identity documents, proof of address, proof of payment method, or any other documentation deemed necessary. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

2Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one MCWCasino account. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts involved will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and outstanding balances on the secondary accounts may be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or address — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure. MCWCasino is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to provide accurate registration details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). MCWCasino will treat any instruction given using your correct login credentials as authorised by you — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and personal details changed. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify MCWCasino support immediately.

MCWCasino reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that these Terms have been breached, if the account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activity, or if we are required to do so by a regulatory or legal obligation.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the MCWCasino platform — deposits, bets, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No other currency is accepted or displayed. There are no currency conversion fees charged by MCWCasino at any stage of a transaction.

The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Easypaisa — Deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawals processed within 30 minutes.
• JazzCash — Deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawals processed within 30 minutes.
• NayaPay / SadaPay — Deposits and withdrawals. Processing time approximately 5–30 minutes.
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — Deposits and withdrawals. Processing time up to 2 hours.
• Visa / Mastercard (Debit/Credit) — Deposits only or as available. Subject to card issuer approval.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. MCWCasino does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which MCWCasino is not responsible.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the same registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered in your name are not permitted.

MCWCasino does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency, third-party processors not listed above, or any payment method that cannot be traced to a verified Pakistani financial account. Any funds deposited via an unsupported method may be returned less any fees incurred, without interest.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

MCWCasino offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, accumulator boosts, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the respective promotion page. These general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless the specific terms expressly state otherwise.

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) before a withdrawal is permitted. The standard wagering requirement at MCWCasino is between 8x and 20x, with the exact figure stated on each offer. Casino game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 50%, and sports bets contribute based on the stated odds threshold.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Free bets that do not win do not return the stake — only winnings above the stake are credited as bonus or real funds.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used for peer-to-peer transactions.
• MCWCasino reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if it suspects that a player is exploiting the promotion in bad faith, including through matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds will be credited as bonus funds until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied, at which point they convert to real-money funds available for withdrawal.

Promotional terms may change. Players who have an active bonus at the time of a terms change will generally complete their wagering under the terms that applied when the bonus was claimed, unless MCWCasino determines that continued operation under the original terms is not reasonably possible.

5Sports Betting Rules

The MCWCasino sportsbook covers cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, basketball, and other sports across 30+ disciplines and 200+ leagues. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. MCWCasino reserves the right to remove markets, suspend betting, or void bets in the following circumstances:

• A match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the minimum time required for a result to stand (specific rules per sport are published in the sportsbook help section).
• Obvious pricing errors are identified — where the displayed odds clearly do not reflect the intended market price. MCWCasino will contact affected players and offer the option to proceed at the corrected price or have the bet voided and stake returned.
• Credible information of match manipulation or fixing is received, pending investigation.
• A player is found to have exploited a technical error or system fault in placing a bet.

In-play betting is subject to slight delays in odd updates due to data feed latency. MCWCasino is not responsible for bets placed based on outdated in-play odds that do not reflect the actual current match situation. However, we will void bets where it can be clearly demonstrated that the odds on offer were the result of a significant data error rather than genuine market pricing.

Accumulators (multi-bet slips) with two or more legs are treated as a single bet. If one leg is voided (for reasons described above), the accumulator is recalculated as if that leg was not included, with the remaining legs continuing. A full void of an accumulator leg does not void the entire accumulator — the potential payout is recalculated based on the remaining legs.

6Casino Games & Crash Games

All casino games available on MCWCasino — including slots, table games, live casino, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game developers and are subject to independent testing and certification for fairness, randomness, and return-to-player (RTP) accuracy. MCWCasino does not develop or modify casino game software.

Crash games such as Aviator use a provably fair algorithm. The crash point for each round is generated using a server seed and client seed combination prior to the round commencing. After each round, the seeds are published and any player can verify the result independently using the verification tools provided within the game interface. MCWCasino does not manipulate crash points.

By playing casino or crash games on MCWCasino, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or provably fair algorithms and are not influenced by bet size, previous results, or any action by MCWCasino.
• Stated RTPs are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any individual player's outcomes in a given session.
• Progressive jackpot values are subject to change without notice and are contributed to by a percentage of all qualifying bets across all connected players.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, power failure, or software error — the round result at the time of the malfunction may be void and the stake returned, at MCWCasino's discretion.

Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed game studios. Results in live casino games are determined by live human dealers and physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) and are not subject to RNG control. MCWCasino records all live casino sessions for dispute resolution purposes.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MCWCasino platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false registration information, including false age or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any platform feature.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or mispriced odds in a systematic or deliberate manner.
• Engaging in matched betting, bonus abuse, arbitrage strategies, or any wagering pattern that is designed to generate profit from MCWCasino bonuses without genuine play.
• Money laundering — using MCWCasino accounts to deposit, pass, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the source of those funds.
• Sharing login credentials with third parties or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Using the platform in any way that facilitates illegal activity under applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with MCWCasino staff or other players through any channel.

8Responsible Gaming

MCWCasino takes its responsibility toward player welfare seriously. We are committed to providing tools and information that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income, a solution to financial difficulties, or a way to chase losses.

• Deposit Limits — Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.

• Self-Exclusion — Request permanent closure of your account. Self-exclusion at MCWCasino is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you request self-exclusion, MCWCasino will make reasonable efforts to prevent future re-registration.

9Privacy & Data Protection

• Operating and maintaining your account.
• Verifying your identity and age in compliance with our policies.

• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activities.

10Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

MCWCasino provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, internet connectivity issues, or events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or regulatory actions).

The maximum liability of MCWCasino to any player in connection with any single event, transaction, or series of related events is limited to the amount of the stake placed on the relevant bet or game round. MCWCasino is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.

If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly, a bonus has been applied incorrectly, or a withdrawal has been delayed without justification, you must contact MCWCasino customer support within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised more than 30 days after the event will not be considered unless there is clear evidence that the delay was caused by circumstances outside the player's reasonable control.

MCWCasino aims to resolve all disputes within 7 business days of receipt of a formal dispute notice. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before seeking any other remedy.

11Amendments to These Terms

MCWCasino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — will be communicated via email notification to registered players and/or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice where reasonably practicable.

Minor changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or additions of new product categories under existing rules, may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent change was made.

Your continued use of the MCWCasino platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your real-money balance.

12Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to MCWCasino's operating jurisdiction. By using the platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The failure by MCWCasino to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision going forward. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by MCWCasino.
